Medication Vets
At Shadow Estate you can be assured your pet will receive 5* care. We are able to administer lotions, powders, pills, ear drops and insulin injections. There is no extra charge for this service. To ensure medication is administered correctly please put in writing all instructions regarding your pets medical care. Please clearly label all medication and have pills cut to appropriate dosage size. We also have personal experience with epileptics.
We have a fantastic veterinary team from Rangiora Vets on call 24/7 if the need arises.
Bathing
We offer small dogs a complimentary bath, blow-dry and brush after staying at Shadow Estate for 6 days or longer. For medium and large sized dogs we offer a brush and a spritz.
If your best friend is only staying for a couple of days but you still want him bathed we can offer you this service for an additional charge.
We only use "Ecopet" essential oil shampoos on our guests as they are a natural product which leaves coats smelling fantastic with scents from lavender to tea tree and lemongrass.
