Please take an extra $1 off per dog for own food. We do NOT charge extra for public holidays, administering medicine or for exercise time.
You are charged for the day of arrival regardless of arrival time, however if you collect prior to 10am on the day of check out you are not charged for that day.
Charges are by calendar day - not nights.
What to Bring

If you're having a clear out of your fridge before a long holiday, bring all your throw outs in a bucket and the kids (or you) can feed Sumo & Priscilla, our two resident kuni kuni pigs! They eat anything!
Requirements
All guests must be vaccinated for parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough including bordatella bronchiseptia. Please check your vaccination cards prior to boarding. If you are unsure if your pet is up to date please check with your vet or post us a photocopy of your card. Please note, vaccinations take ten days to work properly so ensure all vaccinations are completed at least two weeks prior to boarding. You must bring your pets vaccination card with you for check in - no card no stay!
Inspection
We are very proud of our clean, spacious, 6* luxury pet resort and would love you to come out and view it first hand between 8 - 10am & 4 - 6pm.
All our check-out times are by appointment only so we don't interrupt the guests normal routine and relaxation times. By appointment between 8-10am and 4-6pm 7 days.
