We do NOT charge extra for public holidays, administering medicine or for exercise time.
You are charged for the day of arrival regardless of arrival time, however if you collect prior to 10am on the day of check out you are not charged for that day.
Charges are by calendar day - not nights. Payment is by internet banking which must be cleared prior to collection of your pets or cash.

We have everything else the guests need so you don't need to bring anything. We supply cosy soft blankets a variety of beds and we have bundles of toys!
If you're having a clear out of your fridge before a long holiday, bring all your throw outs in a bucket and the kids (or you) can feed Cinders resident kuni kuni pig! She eats anything!
Requirements
All guests must be vaccinated for parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough including bordatella bronchiseptia. Please check your vaccination cards prior to boarding. If you are unsure if your pet is up to date please check with your vet or post us a photocopy of your card. Please note, vaccinations take ten days to work properly so ensure all vaccinations are completed at least two weeks prior to boarding. You must bring your pets vaccination card with you for check in - no card no stay!
Inspection
If you need further info than whats on the website and need to visit first hand, usually 9:45am (after dog runs) or 4pm (just before i start dog runs again) by appointment only. We are not available for veiwing over long weekends or peak holiday periods.
All our check-out times are by appointment only so we don't interrupt the guests normal routine and relaxation times. By appointment between 8-10am and 4-6pm 7 days.
